My guest is Katherine Cramer. Kathy is a Professor of Political Science and the Natalie H. Holton Chair of Letters and Science at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. Her work focuses on the way people in the United States make sense of politics and their place in it. In 2016 she published The Politics of Resentment: Rural Consciousness in Wisconsin and the Rise of Scott Walker with the University of Chicago Press.
